DALLAS, TX (April 19, 2017) – The greater DFW metroplex is getting yet another amazing entertainment center. The Irving Music Factory, is brought to you by the Ark Group of North Carolina. As described on their website, is The ARK Group is a multifaceted conglomerate of companies that focuses on mixed-use developments that often include an element of public entertainment.
The IMF will be located north of O’Connor between US Highway 114 and Las Colinas Boulevard in Irving, Texas. Currently, it is slated to open later this summer. This project is a one stop entertainment shop with over 20 restaurants including Bar Sociale, Freshii, Gloria’s, Granada Market, Grimaldi’s, Kat’s, Irish 9 Pub, Jam House, Joe Jack’s Oyster Bar, Polo Lounge, Sambuca, Stream Disco, Studio 114, TCBY, The Hall Bar-b-q and Blues, Thirsty Lion, Uncle Gino’s, and Yard House. The two anchors to this urban lifestyle center will be an 8-screen Alamo Drafthouse and yet another Live Nation concert hall, The Pavillion. This one will be the first of it’s kind for Live Nation in the area with a convertible venue easily converting from a 4000 seat indoor concert hall to an 8,000 seat outdoor amphitheater, giving it the flexibility to host a greater variety of entertainment events throughout the year.
It will also feature 100,000 square feet of office space, which according to their website, has been leased 100% to the Irving-based Ethos Group. Ethos Group representative stated, “We chose The Irving Music Factory at Las Colinas because it provides a unique opportunity to have our own space in an environment that provides great access to amenities for our associates, clients and visitors. Our primary motivation for leasing was to be in an environment that would allow our associates, clients, and visitors to walk to entertainment venues. In addition, our associates include a demographic that enjoys live music, movies, nighttime entertainment, and dining.”
